Now, sizes. I take a 34 E-G to a 36E/F depending on the make of bra. Size 2 of the Enell Sports Bra fits me very well. I am in the dreaded menopause and suffer with mastitis. "This bra was recommended to me by my fitness instructor as I am a large and busty lady (36GG & size 18) and was finding I wasn't getting the most out of exercise classes because my boobs weren't securely supported enough for me to really go for it. I do salsa, zumba, aerobics and jog and nothing is too much impact for the Enell. None of my previous sports bras have been as effective as this one. I simply measured around my ribcage and bust and used the measurements on the size chart (ignoring the cup sizes on the right hand side as I think these are american sizes) to determine I take a size 4. It fits snuggly enough for me to really max out on impact level in class but not too tight that it is uncomfortable. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending the Enell and Bounce-Busters. I had quite a few concerns before actually making the purchase . One of them was definitely the fitting issue. As far picking up the right size is concerned , I took my bust measuremnet and my rib cage measurement and got my size from the size chart.

When i bought the bra about 8 weeks ago, i was a size 38D (38DD just before, and during my period) and it fit perfectly. I have lost over a stone in weight and gone down to a 36C now, and although i would probably need to change the size of the sports bra eventually if i keep losing weight, it still holds everything well in place, and i dont have to rush to get a new one, i can take my time. I bought the bra in black, and it has a lovely soft satin feel to it. I can run on the treadmill at the gym, and with no bounce, it holds everything in place without feeling uncomfortable. I can put the bra on within seconds, and as the catches are at the front its really easy to do-up, and undo. There is now strain on the shoulders with this bra, which is a problem that i have had with other makes before. I wont get my sports bras from anywhere else now, i am sticking to Enell. I purchased an Enell Sports bra from Bounce Busters because at 45 years old and almost 13 stone (36 FF) I decided to learn to ride a horse. The bra lives up to all that is written about it; it is ugly, uncomfortable, hot, sweaty, and a 20 minute work out just to put on. Having said that it has been the most valuable piece of riding equipment I have purchased and I simply could not ride without it. Bounce Busters service was fast, efficient and took careful precautions to ensure my bra was deliverd to the correct European addresss.
