How long will it take to receive my Enell Sport or Sportjock bra(s)?
We despatch usually daily Monday-Friday Royal Mail 1st Class post. It should usually take no longer than 2 business days.

What if I want to return my bra(s)?
You can return your bras within 21 days of the despatch date (this period is extended in December over the Christmas holidays so if it's a present it can be returned in January). The items returned must be as new i.e. THE LABELS MUST BE ATTACHED AND THE BRAS UNWORN. THE BRAS MUST BE FREE OF DEODORANT MARKS AND COSMETIC STAINS. Please note that we reserve the right not to give refunds if this is not the case. To return an item e-mail me at georgia@bounce-busters.co.uk to let me know you want to return it. The address for returns is Bounce Busters Ltd. ,233 Carterknowle Road, Ecclesall, Sheffield S11 9FW. If the order is of a high value I recommend you send the parcel recorded delivery.

Why should I trust you with my credit card number?
Our site is secure and encrypted in accordance with industry recognised best practice. All transactions are carried out directly with your bank via a secure encrypted service.

How will my bras be packed?
Your bra(s) will be packaged in a padded envelope that should fit through your letterbox. We usually remove the bras from the manufacturers' boxes so this can be in order that you are not inconvenienced by having to wait in.

How do sports bra sizes compare to normal bras?
Sports bra sizes are the same as any other bra, i.e. you don't need to buy a smaller size, but manufacturers' sizes do differ so a measuring guide can at best only give guidance. If you have any queries regarding your bra size please e-mail or ring us for advice.

Which Bra Is Best For Me?
This will depend on two things, your cup size and the type of activity you do. The bras we sell are medium or high impact so as a guide, look at the description section of each bra and match that to your requirements. Although personally I have found that once used to, the higher impact bras work for me whatever the discipline from Pilates to running. I have just got to like being held in. Don't forget we offer returns/exchanges (please refer to conditions), so if you make a mistake it can be rectified.
 
How much do you charge for delivery/postage?
Postage for UK Addresses is charged on a sliding scale. Up to 2 items: £2.70, 3+ items £3.95, 5+ items £7.95. Orders will be sent Royal Mail first class. Included with your order is a FREEPOST returns label, so any exchanges or returns are free of charge. We cannot offer FREEPOST service outside the U.K. Orders to Europe and further afield are automatically calculated when you place your order

Which countries do you ship to?
When you put an item into the basket it defaults to U.K. for delivery, if you require delivery to another country click the drop down menu and the countries we deliver to will be displayed with cost of postage.
